This is Shungi Ono's very first book. The way it came to be is that Shungi's innerchild resisted going to sleep early and needed inspiration to get into bed. Late late laaaate one night, the muses whispered out a short haiku, then it evolved into a poem, the illustrations came after, then the format took shape, and here we are - a concept and a series was born.
