Jodie Hedley-Ward has several degrees in marketing and worked as a marketing executive in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand before marriage and two children. Her two previous books, You Sexy Mother and You Sexy Mother: The Journal have both been bestsellers, and the You Sexy Mother brand is spreading internationally.
Kelli Johnson, who has devised and tested all the training programs in the book, is a former international figure champion and now a highly successful personal trainer. She is a mother of two and lives in Australia.
