This book was purchased as a gift for our son in law for Christmas. He and our daughter bought a wood fired pizza oven for themselves so I thought this book would be ideal. And I was right. SIL is now working his way through the book. No, we haven't yet been invited for dinner, but SIL is raving about this book. We can't wait to sample his well mastered recipes.
