This is an excellent book. Uses wholesome ingredients & recipes are easy to follow. I've found lots of better ways to cook our usual favourites. The research & other information is wonderful & leaves you with no option but to start following the plans, for the sake of your child's overall health. Almost all recipes are able to be frozen or keep a few weeks in the fridge. There's nothing my kids haven't loved out of the 10 or so recipes we've tried so far. And they're great for adult meals too. Very impressed.
