This book is revolutionary great!! I am so happy that I had this book!! I was struggling with my relationship with my girlfriend. We very often crashed and had arguments a lot and then broke up a few times but after reading this book we are amazingly getting better to think differently and have much less crash and arguments. We still get annoyed or stressed and so on. These feelings are inevitable to have in life but this book helped me to manage anger like how to explain anger or annoyance or other feelings NOT to express them aggressively. Also so many things to practise and give us ideas to challenge of thinking better to manage anger. It's very very good. if you wanna manage your anger I highly recommend this book.
