I really like the section in this book on companion planting, and all the colour photo's of all the pests. I also like the variety of organic and chemical control options available that are all in a lot of detail. It is a very resourceful book that I will certainly refer back to. The only thing I was a little surprised about was the section on controlling earwigs. An empty marge container with butter dregs in it and 2cm of water works best in my experience, however the book didn't mention this and only mentioned control with wet rolled up newspaper, which doesn't work.
