Every recipe I have tried so far has been delicious. Only criticism is that some of the recipes require a fair bit of prep and cooking time which isn't that practical for people with young children. Obviously I need to get more organised! Overall though, a great addition to my recipe book collection.
Wonderful paleo cookbook with lots of basic tips for beginners in paleo and new ideas of ways to experiment with spices and other tips for those experienced in paleo cooking. Better than the original Well Fed in my opinion, worth buying only for the Mulligatawny - it's delicious!!
