About the Author
Dreas Reyneke was a dancer with the Ballet Rambert in London during the 1960s. He learned the classic Pilates system as a student of Joseph Pilates, and then taught at the first Pilates studio in London. Dreas opened his own studio in 1973, which has subsequently been voted the best in England.
