    • Disappointing

    Best Uses

This book is a huge disappointment. On the very first page in the Introduction the author laments about the loss of some great sports people during 2016 that included Jack Nicklaus. Thank goodness that Jack is well and truly alive and breathing well. The author managed to get Jack confused with Arnold Palmer. It's like getting Mal Meninga confused with David Campese. Not sure how that could happen when on Page 73 Question 5 the question was asked on who passed away and the answer was correct. Making a fundamental and basic mistake on the first page of a factual trivia book is extremely poor and does make you question whether the author just wrote the introduction and someone else compiled the questions. It also questions the professionalism and motivation of the author who is described in the book as an award winning sports journalist and sports reporter. Forget the book and use Google instead.
