About the Author

Tania Zaetta has lived in the media spotlight for the past 20 years. As a television host, Bollywood actress and brand ambassador Tania understands the need to keep your body in top shape and how hard it can be to keep it up while maintaining a busy lifestyle. Tania’s love of fitness, health and wellbeing began long before her media career as she grew up constantly eating fresh foods and exercising. This led Tania on to become a fully qualified natural beauty therapist specialising in nutrition, exercise and massage.

She also received her CIDESCO diploma in the field of Aesthetics and beauty therapy, and later went on to become a Pilates and Barre instructor after initially discovering pilates 15 years ago due to a ruptured disc injury.

Constantly asked for her secrets to having such a trim and toned body, Tania started holding classes at a local gym teaching her ‘tight tummy, firm butt’ exercises and later sharing her healthy eating tips and slim down secrets which led to the creation of the her fitness and well being program.
