I eat low-carb healthy fat - I hoped to get lots of great ideas to expand my menu. Actually the recipes are pretty obvious and quite dull. Also, they rely too much on 'short cut' ingredients like curry powder etc. The best idea was a thin egg/omelet base for pizza toppings. Using the tomato sauce and having toppings made a great change from a regular omelet for sure. So easy food for people who are not really into cooking 'from scratch' or exotic flavours.
