'There's a Gold Mine in Your Head' is the story of Harry Stallman, aged 17, who discovered he didn't have to do what he thought others expected of him after leaving school and run the risk of commiting himself to a lifetime of unhappiness, unfulfilment, and boredom. After discussing his future with his open minded father Donald, he discovered it was his right, and his responsiblity, to follow his passion.

Harry's excitement and commitment to his plans led to father and son writing their experiences down in a short, simple, powerful book that everyone in the world should read, because if everyone did what they do with passion, the world would be a far more exciting and happier place.

The book expands on the basic truths of such classics as 'Think and Grow Rich, ' among others, but brings the essential ingredients of knowing what you want, and a burning desire to get it, into the 21st centuy with the aid of a 21st century App, 'The Gold MIne Goals App' where the plan and the steps to achieve it are stored, and miraculously appear every morning and night, demanding to be read, to eventually become the readers dominant thoughts, and inevitably, their life.

With sections for young readers just starting out, to those of middle age struggling to keep their heads above water with family and financial issues, to 'oldies' striving to keep themselves healthy, stimulated, and even alive, the book has something for everyone. In keeping with the pace of modern life, the book can be read in a couple of hours, even less if the reader decides to read only their relevant sections.

Harry and Donald, (aged 64) are adamant that every reader will come across something in the book, a new idea, or maybe something they once knew and have forgotten, that will improve their life dramatically. If they don't, Donald suggests they read it again!
