I bought this book to use as a guide for recovery from spinal fusion surgery. As an experienced yogi I find it easy to understand and adapt to your own physical needs. The recipes are gorgeous and the book is an overall inspiration to live in a more intentional way. I also like that Lola Berry, whether intentional or not, doesn't project a perfect, unattainable self image. I find this encouraging as she speaks to a very diversified readership.
