Lots of interesting recipes that seem easy to make; have made the chocolate mousse - first one made with avocado - very good. Unfortunately, there are no calories advised, except in 1 recipe - most likely due to formating the book - ie not enough space for it to print out (not that I know anything about printing a book - lots of paper wasteage when not precut before printing). All the other nutritional details are there eg carbohydrates, fat, protein. Alternative recipes for those on a low carbohydrate diet. Want to try many more.
