    This is a wonderful cook book. As a coeliac I am constantly on the lookout for tasty gluten-free foods. Most of the ready-made goods in shops are sweet and there are many cook books focussing on sweet things. This book, however, has great, easy ideas for the savoury goods that I miss and crave – pies, tarts, breads, sausage rolls and biscuits. Even non-coeliacs have enjoyed sharing the results. Best of all, the recipes do not call for obscure and unusual and particularly expensive ingredients. The recipes are easy to follow and the ones I have tried work well.
