Every woman who is planning to have a baby or has given birth in the last ten years needs to read this book! Finally everything about women's health in this area makes sense from a patient focused point of view! It resonated for me in every area of my health after the birth of my son and I can't recommend it highly enough. Brilliant advice on how to manage the first few months after giving birth and how to take care of yourself and not just the baby. Also great to suggest other ways for people to help you and therefore feel prepared when certain situations arise. Beautiful recipes for nourishing your body and a great section for dads.
