iHealthier eating book

this book is american so some of the recipes are based on american meats eg bison, elk etc. the smoothies are yummy. i have got some great ideas from the book. as most of the main meals are for 4 serves, I halve it for 2 as I am only cooking for 1, then I freeze the other portion.

It's a way of life, not a diet!

Supports the Paleo Lifestyle very well
