Doesn't deliver, very disappointed


I chose to use recipes from this book for a week of meals. I bought all necessary ingredients and from the very first recipe (Business Burger) it was a fail. Prep fine indicated 30 mins but in fact it was nearly 2 hours to top it all off the mixture was too runny to make a consistent patty. Example no2. Lemon curd tartlets. Method skips a step altogether for the tart shells, then the curd doesn't thicken, it splits when it cools down. For me it's been a total waste of money and time, very frustrating to have to cook a second meal after a fail like that
