The ideas and tools feature lessons learned from an in-depth two year research project undertaken by the authors with over half a million dollars in funding from the Omidyar Network, Deutsche Bank, the F.B. Heron Foundation, the Annie E. Casey Foundation and other private foundations. Includes a diagnostic for assessing key skills, styles of working and problem-solving required for impact work drawn from the authors' own cases.
