Best plant based recipe book I've found


These recipe book ingredients are selected based on evidence of reversing and preventing disease such as heart, lung brain, liver and kidney disease, cancer, diabetes, hypertension etc. It is very easy to follow with sauces, glazes, dressings etc plus milk and cheese alternatives followed by the most delicious recipes, beautifully photographed of which I've tried far more of than any other recipe book I've found apart from google 😜. There's kitchen techniques, what to stock up on for the cupboards, fridge and freezer plus health tips throughout. We've just transitioned to whole plant based eating and it has made the change far more healthy with the balancing of the different food groups.
