The Great Tech Reset equips parents with a practical, data-backed, biblically grounded, and family-tested plan to raise children who are formed by reality, not shaped by the false promises of technology.
In a cultural moment where digital environments increasingly influence identity, relationships, and worldview, this resource helps parents proactively disciple their children toward an embodied, relational, and Christ-centered understanding of life. The goal is not simply behavior modification (e.g., reducing screen time), but deep formation, guiding kids to delight in the real world as God designed it and to see life in Christ as more compelling than anything technology can offer.
The content addresses key areas of concern for parents of teens, including identity formation, digital influence, relational disconnection, and the growing pull of virtual substitutes for meaning and belonging. While applicable broadly, it also provides a preventative framework to help families navigate and avoid more complex identity struggles by establishing a strong foundation of biblical identity and purpose early on.
