This book is very informative and has changed my life, but it is a struggle to read it and keep track of where you are up to in it, and to find sections that you need. It has no pictures of recipes, it is not glossy, but rather made from cheaper paper that is not as durable as gloss pages, and it's hard to follow at times.
The Elimination Diet is amazing. I've never, ever felt better in my life and it's a godsend. Definitely worth trying if you have gut problems, health problems etc.
