Dr Paul Barrington Chell is a surgeon and author. His book The Diet-Whisperer was co-written with his wife, Dr Monique Hope-Ross, a retinal eye specialist. Inspired to move from treatment medicine to preventative medicine they founded the diet-whisperer; a resource for people wanting to improve their wellness, age better and lose weight. After seeing the devastating effects of obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and chronic inflammation on the health of their patients, they know that prevention is the best way forward.
