An extremely helpful book on how gut health can be enhanced.
Out of all the books I have purchased, this is by far the easiest for day to day family meals that are healthy, delicious and filling.

All made up to support Pete's weird agenda. No science whatsoever.
Reference book. Idea's book. Beautifully illustrated
The first section is a clear, informative description of how the gut acts and the inter-relationship with brain, liver, pancreas etc. Excellent. The recipes are also delicious as you would expect from Pete Evans and co-writer Helen Padarin.
