Excellent book


This is an excellent book for anyone serious about their long term health, and weight loss if desired. A lot of people are skeptical about fasting but this really takes out the mystery and unfounded fear and explains it well. As someone who has practiced intermittent fasting for 3 years (and my husband for 1 year), and have seen very noticeable results in our health and weight, I recommend it for inspiration and encouragement. It has made a big difference to our determination to continue fasting as part of our life for always. Fasting is not a life of torture and deprivation and this book makes one understand this. It is a great help in our quest to age as healthily as possible.
