The Baffled Parent's Guide to Coaching Boys' Lacrosse

A youth coach who played on one of the country's best college lacrosse teams and a teacher with more than 30 years in youth sports and physical education have teamed up to bring the successful Baffled Parent's approach to one of the country's fastest-growing youth sports. Once seen only in a few Eastern states, lacrosse is now played in more than 1,600 high school and 400 college programs. There are some 450 youth lacrosse associations in 34 states, and the sport is experiencing an annual growth rate of 15 to 20 percent.
