About the Author

Michele Chevalley Hedge is a nutritionist, health writer and presenter with a background in marketing. She has several degrees, a diploma of Nutritional Medicine and is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

Jennifer Fleming is a producer and broadcaster at ABC Radio Sydney and co-wrote the bestselling Spotless series of books.
