Diane is fat and getting fatter. Until she can empty herself of all of the anger and grief and guilt that has been building up inside of her since her first love, her best love, killed himself there won't be a cookie or a pie on this earth safe from her appetite. In an effort to once again gain control of her life she starts writing letters to her long since deceased friend; hoping that they will act as the conduit back to normalcy. Diane Danehy works as a medical billing administrator, and has come to writing a little later in life. She was born into a large Irish-Italian family in Iowa, being one of seven children. Her family moved to Southern California when she was eleven years of age, and she still resides there. The Adipose Shroud is her first published work.
