I received the book in not a great condition, the packaging was flimsy, which caused the book to be bent over. I then had to place it between 2 other books for a week to straighten out. I immediately sent an email to Booktopia to review packaging, received no response. A bit disappointed.


5:2 diet for beginners, fabulous.


Best of the series to get started but along with 2 off the other books the recipes are great. First time I have used so many recipe in a cookbook.

Great reference service from booktopia dreadful. Have purchased many times but never again I waited a month for a book in stock I had to write a complaint amazingly it appeared with two Days!!! That is the service I should have got first time.
