About the Author
Chloe Madeley was born in Manchester in 1987, before her family moved to London in 1996. In her early twenties, Chloe worked as a junior runner and later as a senior researcher on various television shows, before then trying her hand in front of the camera. In 2013, Chloe left the world of television to pursue a career in fitness. After starting her blog, fitnessfondue.com, she became a qualified gym instructor, personal trainer and nutritionist. Chloe has released three best-selling fitness apps, a best-selling iBook, a gymwear line and various online downloads. This is her first health and fitness book.
