Good help to get started serving for example organ meats and lacto-fermented food Missing information what food to give at what meals. For example what to give for breakfast.

This book should be on every Mother's list to read. It is easy to understand food science that cuts out all the marketing junk that is confusing when first introducing solids. It works with what a baby needs and can digest as they grow and gives indepth reasons as to why, and the best choices and how to properly prepare food for bubs. My LO loves the egg and liver recipe, everyone thought it was odd as a first food. But she gobbles it up and takes the spoon off me for more. I'm looking forward to introducing the other recipes!

"Figuring I wasn't going to experience a spiritual revelation about the sanctity of family dinners at this late stage, I dropped the conversion-narrative books in favor of some that sound like brass-tacks science.
