I'm not really into a lot of cooking but this book might change that. The recipes are for slow cooking so being able to prepare dinner ahead of time helps me cope with my health problems on those days that I know will be difficult. When my breathing isn't good during the night or in the morning I know I'll be very tired at the end of the day. The recipes cover all types of food, soup through dessert, conveniently divided into eight hour and six hour cooking time. So if I can put the 'crock' pot on by 11.00 am for an eight hour cook, dinner will be a bit late but it will be home cooked. The couple of meals I've tried so far turned out well.
