After getting engaged in October last year the last 7 months have been a whirlwind of Pinterest Boards and bridal magazines so it was refreshing to find a book that was relatable, funny and honest. Firstly a book that makes reference to crafternoons and colour coordinated spreadsheets has my full attention, but beyond that is genuine and gives practical advice on many aspects of weddings and marriage, some of which I hadn't even begun to think of. The wedding planning experience can be daunting but with this guide I have found ways to break down the never ending to do list and manage it with a smile on my face. The layout of the chapters is simple and the book is even small enough to pop in my handbag on the way to speak to vendors and potential venues. It's fantastic to have so much advice condensed into one book, it makes the perfect gift for a newly engaged person (I say this as the book was a gift from me to me!) Thank you Sixty Secrets, from one very Happy Future Bride.
