Comments about Silly Billy:
I came across this book by happy accident and it was perfect for my class of preps, some of whom had been losing sleep over going into year one. We made some worry dolls and according to the concerned parent "they really worked"!! Also good for exploring ideas such as what can you do if you're worried about something and also other cultures. Illustrations are beautiful too. A definite keep or share book.
A perfect book for a child who worries. * THE Book Magazine * Just right as a soothing companion for any child at bedtime. * The Independent * Anthony Browne's meticulous pictures intrigue the eye and set the imagination spinning. * Child Education PLUS *
