Rolheiser makes sense of what is a frequently misunderstood word : spirituality. Spirituality is not something 'out there', but means a restlessness that is deep in all of us.
How we channel that restlessness is what separates a healthy spirituality from an unhealthy one.
Above all, this is an apologia for God and the Church in a world which often doubts the credibility of both.
