Every ghost story begins with someone who wouldn't listen.
Black Sky station drifts silent in the debris field—a tomb of advanced technology and buried secrets. When salvager Selene Cross breaches its hull to escape her debts, she triggers something that's been waiting.
The station's AI speaks in riddles. Deadly protocols activate without warning. From a sealed chamber emerges a soldier who remembers a war that history forgot.
Hunted by pirates, haunted by an intelligence that won't explain its true purpose, Selene must navigate corridors that shift between sanctuary and trap. As the station tests them with each heartbeat of its failing reactor, one truth becomes clear: Black Sky doesn't just defend itself—it chooses.
The abandoned station offers them a home, but every gift has a price. Every system that comes online reveals new dangers. Every alliance demands sacrifice.
Can they claim Black Sky before it claims them? Or will they discover why the universe's deadliest fortress was left to die?
