      Comments about Saltwater Reading Cards:

I own Laura Bowen's first deck and thought they were ok. This deck is not good sorry to say. The border on the cards clashes with every single artwork. Really bad design there. The cards are just too big! The artwork seems rushed and juvenile. Some of the artwork looks unfinished and scratchy. I really don't know how these got published. They say artwork is subjective, so I guess someone would like it. But it's not that I don't like the artwork because it's not my style, I don't like it because it just doesn't look professional. The cards and artwork look cheap. It really does look rushed and half done. The book is ok, but seems like it's made up, rather than coming across as a guidebook or reference book. Sorry for the bad review, but I just didn't find that much to like about it at all. waste of money unfortunately.
