Growing up just outside Paris with a French father and English mother, Alexandra Stacey became accustomed to a classically French tradition of eating beautifully dressed, seasonal salads on an almost daily basis all year round, and in her first book Salads for all Seasons she encourages you to do the same.

About the Author

Alexandra Stacey was born in Paris and grew up near Versailles. Growing up half-French, half-British, Alex attended an international lycee until the age of 18, then moved to the UK to study history at Oxford University. After university she worked in arts PR in London. She has always enjoyed cooking, but returned the comforting and nourishing dishes of her childhood when she had children of her own. This is what led to the creation of her popular Instagram channel @frenchfamilyfood.
