GREAT book!

5

Wow can that this book is an AMAZING start to anyone who either has no idea about property investing or does but wants more insight. It's 370 pages long and it feels like 500, which is great! It's not filler its just so packed with information it felt like every page I needed to summarize because there was so much stuff that I felt was important and could benefit me alot. (I'm not over exaggerating here) I will read it again as it definitely deserves another read, I'm sure I would of missed out of some stuff by accident. Also the author seems to avoid jargon which is great its a very easy read and you definitely won't feel intimidated by the book or give up easily. There is alot more to just buying and selling the property, and this is all explained in the book. Imo its a bargain at the price it sells, I think there is more than enough information in there for you to feel confident to buy your first investing property.
