    This is a great book, whether you are new to paleo or already familiar with it. The title rings true, as it is certainly a very practical book. It covers a vast amount of information, but in an easy to read and understand way. It has many different sections and guides, so you can select what is more relevant to you and where you are currently at. The recipes are easy to read and the ones I have tried have been great. If you buy just one paleo book, make it this one :)
