It has been refined through major ongoing international clinical studies under Professor Jelinek's leadership, examining the lifestyles of several thousand people with MS world-wide and their health outcomes.
Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis is invaluable for anyone recently diagnosed with MS, living with MS for years, or with a family member with MS. It makes an ideal resource for doctors treating people with MS.

If suffering from or have family members who are, this is well worth a read!
You may not take everything on in the book but you may make changes that may help the deterioration with MS. I have asked my family to read it to , helps with support and understanding of the disease.
Worth reading... for anyone with autoimmune disease
I feel this has relevance for all people with autoimmune disease. Is there a 'natural' dietary and supplement approach for others with autoimmune diseases, which may support their treatments? Could this 'overcoming MS' approach have relevance to other diseases? I think it is worth consideration.
Worth Reading....... for anyone with Autoimmune diseases....
WE do not have MS in the family, but other autoimmune diseases. I think this is of interest to families like ours ....... makes one wonder if the MS diet and supplements could be of help to others.
