Useful cookbook for parents looking for some new ideas

4

Good cookbook that covers information on infant and toddler nutrition and plenty of recipes. Most recipes have examples of how to serve the dish for babies, or finger food for older babies and toddlers and as an adult serve. This is handy but will depend on what stage your child is at how successfully they manage it. A couple of the recipes are a bit involved for busy parents. I didn't look carefully enough at one I tried to make in a rush and only discovered half way through it involved making dumplings then cooking again so definitely not a one-handed endeavour!

This is such a great book. So many brilliant recipes which use basic ingredients, not too much fancy stuff. Wholesome and healthy but still with some treats in there. Easy to follow. Includes recipes for babies and upwards. Even give tips on storage and dietary requirements. Very well thought out.
