Don't miss this wholly original celebration of the power of imagination, winner of a Theodor Seuss Geisel Honor Award

A box is just a box...unless it's not a box. From mountain to rocket ship, a small rabbit shows that a box will go as far as the imagination allows.

Inspired by a memory of sitting in a box on her driveway with her sister, Antoinette Portis captures the thrill when pretend feels so real that it actually becomes real—when the imagination takes over inside a cardboard box, and through play, a child is transported to a world where anything is possible.

This board book edition has sturdy pages and is a good size for the youngest readers.

Clever and creative story

Such a clever and creative story that the kids can easily relate to about letting your imagination go free.

flexible fun does not contain batteries

Lovely book to show parents why playing with the box is more fun than the electronic toy that has three preset sound effects. I was excited to see not a stick but watched it online and prefer not a box. the 2 and a half year old likes the repetition and to 'read' it by himself. he suggests a box makes a good turtle shell. i would like to see "it's not a puddle"
