Storytime is a new collection of seven stories by acclaimed actress and author Nanette Newman.
Storytelling has always been important to Nanette. She went to RADA at age 16, and married actor, writer, director, Bryan Forbes. She has appeared in more than 50 films and TV shows, including The Wrong Box (1966), The Stepford Wives (1975), and International Velvet (1978).
She has published several cook books, notably Take Three Cooks, with her daughters Sarah and Emma, and over 30 children's books, including The Fun Food Factory, which was made into a successful television series, The Importance of Being Ernest the Earwig, illustrated by Lindsay Branagh, and My Granny was a Frightful Bore (but she isn't any more), illustrated by Beryl Cook.
