Business ethics has an interdisciplinary character. Questions of economic policy and business practice intertwine with issues in politics, sociology, and organisational theory. About the Authors

Theodora Issa is a multi-award winner, a senior lecturer at Curtin University, Australia. In addition to her academic position in Australia, Theodora designed and facilitated Sustainable Development Business Strategies for the Master of International Business program in a European School of Business. Currently, Theodora’s post-doctoral research focuses on ethical mindsets, spirituality, and aesthetics. Theodora is Associate Editor of the Journal of Business Ethics – A European Review (BE:ER), a guest co-editor for the special issue of Management Research in Review: Innovative Research Methods in Management, Spirituality and Religion. Theodora is a member of editorial committees of international journals, and a reviewer of journals. Theodora is one of the Webmasters (since 1995) of her community's Website, and is one of the editors of the weekly bulletin since 1995 that is currently available online.

Bevan Catley is Associate Professor in the School of Management (Albany) at Massey University. His teaching philosophy is based on emphasising the social and ethical dimensions of management knowledge and in 2010 he was awarded the Vice-Chancellor's Award for sustained excellence in teaching. He is an active researcher and has had a number of articles published on workplace bullying and workplace violence. Bevan is also the co-author of Management in New Zealand. Outside academia, Bevan has held positions on the board of directors of several sports organisations.

Donata is currently in a teaching-only position at Charles Sturt University. Her teaching responsibilities include teaching ethics to business students and convening her subject across twelve cohorts of students. She has chaired the School of Accounting & Computer Science’s and the School of Accounting & Finance’s Learning and Teaching Committees, and was a member of the Faculty of Business’s Learning and Teaching Committee. She has also reviewed articles for a number of business journals including Accounting Education: an international journal.
