Unlike facebook, THIS book is USEFUL!!!
I have to say this book has great insights about putting the customer first. I think it should be read by every CEO, COO, CFO, MD, and GM. Probably useful to CSOs and mushrooms, too. The only bad thing about this book is its smell. It smells like an old book.
