Norma’s previous work includes, The Little Blue Parcel, illustrated by Stephen Michael King. In 1998, it was shortlisted in the category of younger readers by the Children's Book Council of Australia.
About the Illustrator
Jacqui Grantford has illustrated numerous books.
Last year Jacqui was crowned the Grand Dragon at the Dromkeen Museum of Children’s Literature. Each year Dromkeen picks an illustrator or author for this role who then works with a group of children called the Dragoners throughout the year.
Jacqui uses her children as models. Although Primula doll in Pemberthy Bear is her daughter’s doll.
