Accept Herve Tullet's invitation to mix it up in a dazzling adventure of colour and tones, filled with whimsy and wonder. Follow the artist's simple instructions and suddenly colours appear ...mix ...splatter ...and vanish in a vivid world powered only by the reader's imagination. The result is not only enchantment and giggles, but a real and deeper understanding of colours brought by an artist who joins such greats as Eric Carle and Leo Leoni as a true master of his craft. Just as in Press Here, Herve Tullet sets readers on an extraordinary journey of colour, motion and interactivity without ever relying on the bells and whistles of technology. Remarkably he does it all within the confines of the flat surface of an unassuming printed page. Herve once again displays his unique genius and vision, creating a work that is a glorious and richly satisfying companion to Press Here.

"Herve? Tullet is something of a magician: He turns reading books into exciting, interactive play time."--Common Sense Media, five-star review

    Herve Tullet

Herve Tullet was born in 1958. After completing his studies in Visual Arts and Fine Arts, he held the position of Artistic Director for ten years (1981/1992). He then worked in communication and advertising.

In 1990, he produced his first illustrations for the French press and abroad (Elle, Le Monde, Liberations, Enfants Magazine etc) and in 1994 published his first children's book. Since then he's devoted himself to illustrating and painting. A great lover of children's literature, he is father to two young sons and one daughter, who never fail to inspire him.
