I have used the book as a teaching tool for myself and I have found if you do what the writer says to do it all works. Has helped me with my anxiety. The meditation is not easy but with practice it all comes together.

I am doing a Masters of Art in Buddhist Studies and this book was one the many recommended reads. I do not like reading much as I get bored very quickly however this book kept my interest going without falter even though at times I found it a little repetitive.
