    I found the book really practical and insightful Lots of different ways to establish mindfulness in a way that would suit a variety of people. The 30 day timetable was really helpful I have meditated before but always found it a struggle - this has allowed me to ease back and use the exercises more often through out the day than just doing long sittings. Highly recommended

        I keep this book on hand - I can flip through on any given day and find relevance in the message. I love seeing it on my book shelf because even if I don't have time to pick it up and read it, I'm instantly reminded of the message of self compassion. There are a lot of 'Mindfull' books around at the moment, but this one I would recommend over others.
